Refund Policy

Subscription Services

All Healthcare Careers offers two ways to access our study materials: recurring subscription plans and one-time access passes (such as the CNA 90-Day Pass). For subscription plans, access is provided on an ongoing basis until you cancel, and charges recur automatically. For one-time passes, you pay once for a fixed access period and are not charged again.

Because access to our study materials, progress tracking, and content occurs immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds after a charge is processed, except as outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account (learn how here) or by contacting support@allhealthcarecareers.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
If a charge is processed after you have canceled in good faith, please contact support and we will evaluate it individually.

Pass Guarantee

CNA Standard, CNA Premium, and the CNA 90-Day Pass each include our Pass Guarantee. To qualify, you must complete the program (defined as completing at least 75% of the CNA practice tests included in your plan) and not pass your certification exam. Email proof of your failing result in your name (a photo or screenshot) to support@allhealthcarecareers.com within 30 days of your exam date

If you qualify, we will refund:

  • CNA 90-Day Pass: your one-time payment in full.
  • CNA Standard and CNA Premium: your most recent subscription payment.

Apart from the Pass Guarantee and any billing error, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided.

One-Time Access Passes

The CNA 90-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that provides full access for 90 days. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel; access ends automatically after 90 days.

Exceptional Refunds

We may provide a refund or credit, at our discretion, in rare circumstances such as:

  • Billing errors
  • Charges processed after cancellation due to technical issues
  • Proven inability to access content through no fault of your own

If a refund is granted, allow 5–14 business days for it to appear on your statement.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind about the service
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of expertise in using the product

One-Time Digital Purchases

This section applies to incidental one-time digital products, such as standalone PDF downloads, and does not apply to the CNA 90-Day Pass (covered above). Such products may be refunded only if the product is defective or not as described, and only if reported within 14 days of purchase.
