Refund Policy

Subscription Services
All Healthcare Careers operates on a subscription model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that access is provided on an ongoing basis until you cancel and that charges will recur automatically.
Because access to our study materials, progress tracking, and content occurs immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription charges after they are processed, except as outlined below.
Cancellation and Refund Requests
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account (learn how here) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
If a charge is processed after you have canceled in good faith, please contact support and we will evaluate it individually.
Exceptional Refunds
We may provide a refund or credit, at our discretion, in rare circumstances such as:
- Billing errors
- Charges processed after cancellation due to technical issues
- Proven inability to access content through no fault of your own
If a refund is granted, allow 5–14 business days for it to appear on your statement.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind about the service
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of expertise in using the product
One-Time Digital Purchases
One-time digital purchases (e.g., PDF downloads outside the subscription) may be refunded only if the product is defective or not as described and only if reported within 14 days of purchase.
